Upper: Lightweight and comfortable upper offers excellent ventilation and looks at home in many environments, reinforced heel.
Insole: Air Sport footbed is thin and lightweight with perforations to increase breathability.
Sole: City Mover sole is made of three materials. Genuine rubber provides a comfortable, safe support on all types of surfaces. EVA midsole absorbs vibrations and makes walking comfortable. Arch support ensures stiff properties when pedalling but flexibility when walking.
Closure: Traditional lace closure with Velcro strap for security when pedalling and protects the laces.
Cleat Compatibility: Cut-away sole panel reveals 2-bolt SPD style fixing. Cleat remains recessed for easy and safe walking.

Online Order Return Process

The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of returned item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, the cost of shipping the new item(s) will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should strongly consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee your returned item will be received.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you on the status of your return/exchange via email. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear.
If you do not see a refund after a few days, contact your card company or bank.
Please note, if you declined to pay for shipping protection with your order, Racer Sportif is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages once they leave our store.

UPS: Typically delivers within 2-7 business days, although customs clearance may extend this to up to 15 days. This service provides full package traceability, and you will receive tracking information with your shipping confirmation. Costs vary depending on the package size and weight.
Large & Bulky Items
Free shipping does not apply to bicycles, bicycle frames, wheel sets, indoor trainers, and other bulky items. A Racer Sportif representative will contact you with competitive shipping options for these items.
Processing Times
Please allow 1-2 business for processing and packing orders. Large items, including bikes, wheels, and trainers, may take 5-7 business days to prepare for shipment. High order volumes may lead to delays.
