Introducing the LoreTwo. A groundbreaking leap forward into the future of footwear. More than just a shoe, the LoreTwo is a critical performance cycling component. Each pair is 100% custom–– 3D printed based on a digital scan of your feet. Unlike conventional shoes that are built off generic lasts that doesn’t fit perfectly. The LoreTwo takes into account the unique biomechanics of each individual. The shape of the 3D printed shell accurately cups your sole, relieves pressure and features a custom toe box that lets your foot spread out under load.
Custom length, width, depth and cleat bolt placement, specific to each foot. Perfect Comfort + Advanced Power Transmission
The patent pending The patent-pending CAF design features structurally interlocked dorsal and plantar shells that efficiently capture lateral and rotational forces produced by the foot through normal biomechanical movement. The structural relationship between these two parts provides the most direct energy transfer possible and is a first for any type of footwear, and is only enabled by true customization. Traditional shoes with soft uppers fail to effectively capture dorsal inputs; energy is bled off before it can be translated to the pedal. Superior power transfer has been obvious to testers and early pro users.
Using Morphic, a breakthrough Scan+Print manufacturing platform for custom performance composite products. This Alien-like process equals the best fitting and biomechanically efficient shoes ever made.
THE PROCESS:
Your custom LoreTwo cycling shoe starts with a scanning appointment which you can book with us online here, or you can email us info@racersportif.com, or call (905)815-2100. Scanning appointments are only offered at our Oakville location. The scanning procedure takes approx. 15-20 mins to complete.
Once several scans are completed. This is data is sent over to Lore, where their team of technicians analyze the 3D scans to ensure that everything is correct. From there an order is placed, which includes all details such as build options, colour, and pedal system type.
All orders are confirmed with a 50% deposit, and from there your shoes will be placed into the build sequence. Approx delivery ETA is 6-8 weeks. For those only wishing to get scanned, a $75.00 fee is required, and is waived or reimbursed when an order is placed.
Once your shoes arrive, we can schedule a fitting appointment, where we can ensure the fit is as intended, as well as the installation of cleats (Cleats are in addition to the price of the shoes) You are more than welcome to bring in an existing pair to be installed.
The LoreTwo is available in 3 different options, and 2 Colourways. All Black or White.

FAQ
How does the LoreTwo fit?
The LoreTwo takes into account the individual’s unique anatomy with a focus on biomechanics and comfort. The shoe is designed to transmit power at cardinal points while relieving the foot in places where dynamic movement is warranted. The shape of the carbon shell accurately cups the lower fat pads while relieving middle and upper pressure fat pad pressure; a perfectly sculpted custom toe box lets your toes and metatarsals spread under load.
I want the power gains of a LoreOne-– will I get those from the LoreTwo?
The LoreTwo still harnesses sport changing power with its custom dorsal power panel design. Traditional shoes with soft uppers bleed energy on the dorsal (topside) of the foot. The LoreTwo’s patent-pending custom dorsal panels result in increased ground reaction force to activate the foot/shoe/pedal system at the traditional “dead spots” of 6 and 12 o’clock. Pulling up on the backside of the pedal stroke is a critical power driver when rapid acceleration is needed — sprints, breakaways, corner exits. The LoreTwo facilitates power transmission with less energy loss, ensuring that maximum efforts translate to the drivetrain. Think of the LoreTwo as a half-step in increased power production between a traditional cycling shoe and the LoreOne.
What’s the difference between nylon and carbon strut versions on the LoreTwo Low Cut?
In the entry level LoreTwo, nylon reinforcement struts are employed in place of the continuous carbon struts. Nylon struts are visually cleaner. The carbon options are lighter (40-60g per foot), and have a crisper, more reactive pedal stroke feel.
What’s the difference between mid cut and low cut LoreTwo?
The mid cut features patent pending extended dorsal upper panels for
magnified power production and foot stability. It captures the foot’s dorsiflexion energy during pedaling and transmits that energy to the plantar sole via a rigid material connection. The mid-cut will feel far more stable and energetic than any other cycling shoe made. The low cut versions also offer custom dorsal power panels but they terminate at a lower height with no upper dorsal contact–– a preference for some traditionally focused riders.
What’s the difference between the LoreOne and LoreTwo?
The LoreOne was our first shoe. It was an expedition to the outer universe of cycling performance via a full carbon airframe. The LoreTwo is a shoe that bridges the gap between the extremity of the LoreOne and the sport’s more traditional cues. We designed the LoreTwo to be much more forgiving in its fit and post purchase setup while still retaining the core custom and performance design structure that amplifies pedaling performance over traditional shoes.
When will I receive my LoreTwos?
At present, the current estimate is 6-8 weeks from when your scan is submitted. Unfortunately not a guarantee, but Lore is working diligently to reduce the manufacturing time down to 2 weeks eventually. Orders will be manufactured and shipped in the order in which they are received.
Will my shoes need fitting?
Your shoes arrive ready to ride. You need to install and position cleats (cleat mounting holes are already custom determined based on your anatomy). If the power panels need adjusting, they are easy to switch out. You can also see a fitter or retailer to further tune comfort, alignment, and power. Because the LoreTwo’s stack height is lower than traditional cycling shoes, you may need to drop your saddle to optimize bike fit (typically 3-15mm)–– which leads to significant overall aero benefit (~15w at 30mph).
What are the cleat options?
Shoes come with 3-hole default. You can also request a 4-hole, native Speedplay option for $90 USD.
Can you move the cleat position rearward or midfoot?
We can’t go completely “midfoot” currently. However, because the LoreTwo activates the upper dorsal aspect of the foot during power transfer (something that no conventional shoe is able to do), the shoe naturally distributes a more even loads longitudinally, diminishing the need to move cleat rearwards as much as conventional shoes. Custom cleat position is based on bisecting the cyclist’s 1st and 5th metatarsals. In conventional cycling shoes, the starting cleat position is random relative to the individual’s metatarsal anatomy with forefoot dominant power distribution due to the lack of dorsal stiffness.
Can I customize fit to accommodate exceptional foot characteristics such as bone spurs or bunions?
The scanning procedure will capture the shape of your foot to under a millimeter of accuracy. The design will accommodate and relieve prominent bony features, but if you have specific anatomical areas of concern, we can work with Lore to ensure that they can be addressed.
What is the warranty/return policy?
Lore offers a full 30-day money back satisfaction guarantee that commences upon the day of delivery. Shoes also come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. You can also cancel your order at any time while you’re in the build lineup. For any questions We can consult with Lore directly on your behalf.
What if the fit isn’t perfect?
Lore offers a perfect-fit guarantee for the first 30 days after receiving your shoes. If you are not fully satisfied, we can work on adjustments, rebuild your shoe, or offer a refund. We can work directly with Lore if there are any concerns.
