The Explore Down Jacket is our most versatile jacket ever, with a fit that’s designed to work equally well on and off the bike.
The Rapha Men’s Explore Down Jacket is made with a lightweight woven nylon outer fabric and filled with high loft 850-fill-power down to create an insulating layer for exceptional warmth in the coldest of conditions, weighing just 238 grams in size medium. The down insulation is treated with a durable water repellent coating in order to retain loft and lock in warmth even when wet. Working closely with industry-leading partner Allied Feather, we use a fully traceable, responsibly sourced down and each jacket comes with a lot number, allowing you to track the exact origin of the fill. Heat is locked in with elasticated openings at the hood and cuffs as well as an elasticated waistband which is adjusted via hidden cinches inside the front pockets.
Distinctive contrast stitching features on the chest, adding visibility without compromise on weight or packability. The hood features a lightweight elastic binding and can be removed completely for those packing lighter still. Reflective logos are positioned on the back and chest for added visibility.
When night falls, the jacket combines with the Explore Sleeping Bag to form an integrated sleep system for warmth and comfort on overnighters in mild conditions. The full sleep system packs down small, taking up only a third of the Explore Bar Pack.

Online Order Return Process

The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of returned item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, the cost of shipping the new item(s) will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should strongly consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee your returned item will be received.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you on the status of your return/exchange via email. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear.
If you do not see a refund after a few days, contact your card company or bank.

Canada Post (Priority or Express): Expected delivery within 7-14 business days. This option offers limited tracking, and your shipping confirmation will include tracking details. Costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the package.
UPS: Typically delivers within 2-7 business days, although customs clearance may extend this to up to 15 days. This service provides full package traceability, and you will receive tracking information with your shipping confirmation. Costs vary depending on the package size and weight.
Large & Bulky Items
Free shipping does not apply to bicycles, bicycle frames, wheel sets, indoor trainers, and other bulky items. A Racer Sportif representative will contact you with competitive shipping options for these items.
Processing Times
Please allow 1-2 business for processing and packing orders. Large items, including bikes, wheels, and trainers, may take 5-7 business days to prepare for shipment. High order volumes may lead to delays.
