We are looking to grow our team with Part-time Shop Lead and Full-time Shop Lead positions.  These positions will help oversee our retail store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. 

Key responsibilities include: 

• Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers in-store, over the phone, and online
• Managing inventory, merchandising, and product displays
• Coordinating after-sale support and service
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming retail space
• Lifting heavy objects and being on your feet for extended periods
• Working Saturdays and other peak times
  

The ideal candidate will have retail management experience, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for cycling. Previous experience in a customer-facing sales or service role is preferred.
