Assos DB.10 Track Jacket

The Assos DB.10 Track Jacketl is engineered to insulate and protect. Lower body part made out of Type DB.Zero 205 while upper part is constructed with the water-repellant & wind protection Type DB.Rombo 215 fabric. Bi-elastic, high-moisture transfer panels strategically placed on shoulders and elbows to free and maximise movement. 3D-honeycomb mesh armpit inserts allowing for fast humidity evaporation and providing an internally stable micro-climate. No exposed seams on the inside; less fragile, more skin contact comfort. Dual face construction, on the inside the Track Jack features an incorporated, mesh net inner layer. Main zipper dual opening - top and bottom. The inner lower arm sections are layered with a soft touch active breathable fabric to increase comfort when wearing a short sleeve garment underneath. Cushioned, free-standing neck panel design which protects without applying pressure. Main zipper padded with inside cover to eliminate wind penetration. 2 zippered front pockets outside. on the inside, 2 easily accessible, vertically placed, zippered safety storage pockets. Reflective security stripe on upper rear panel. Perfect, low volume, outer shell protection. Insulates and protects from wind and rain. Assos DB.0 Track Pants

If there's one category in which Assos most clearly asserts their dominance in the cycling apparel market, it's in their bottoms -- bib shorts and tights. It doesn't take long to study the physical construction of something like an F.I. 13 S-2 bib short or an Airblock LL 851 bib tight to recognize the complexity of the cut and the materials involved to make such a technical piece that comfortable and that functional. Assos harnesses every bit of their expertise with their off-the-bike Dopo Bici bottoms. In the DB trackPants you get an equally skillful balance of style, comfort, and performance. The trackPants are made from three different materials. The bulk of the pants are constructed from DB.Zero fabric, a 4-way stretch that easily moves with your body while keeping the overall weight of the pants light (as you'll find, this lightness is half the pleasure of wearing them). The waistline, the hips, crotch, and the knees are made from DB. Follow.180 fabric, a bi-elastic, breathable, soft material that won't bind to you as you move. The trackPants use Assos Smart Waist Design to free the tummy area from pressure points, and the lower legs feature zipper flaps that can be opened to increase ventilation and a looser fit, or closed if you're jumping on a city bike to fetch a 6-pack.

Assos DB.9 Hammer Jack

The hammerJack is the Dopo Bici answer for situations when off-the-bike life takes you into nasty weather. It's reminiscent of the Assos Airjack 851 cycling jacket -- an ideal outer shell in the cold and/or the wet. It's made from Assos' DB.210 fabric: a low-volume, four-way stretch, actively breathable insulator. It's wind and water resistant, but it doesn't get you there by forcing you to overheat and over-sweat. The hammerJack is built with 3D-Honeycomb mesh side panel and armpit inserts to keep your body's temperature comfortable and stabilized. You get a zippered flap, too, down each forearm to allow for added airflow as needed. The shoulders and upper back are reinforced with added water-repellent fabric, while the cushioned, free-standing neck adds one additional element of insulation.

Assos DB.8 Oyster Gillet

There is no mystery to the Assos DB oysterGilet: It's simply the trackJack without sleeves. Other than the sleeve issue, its two-piece construction is identical to the trackJack's. Just like the trackJack, it's an ideal outer shell for cool temps. Assos DB.7 Lounge Top

We consider the Assos DB loungeTop an outdoor piece of off-the-bike apparel. It's made from a heavy fleece, elastic microfiber partially covered with an anti-abrasion, water-repellent exterior. The insulation it provides for cold, windy conditions is its greatest technical strength. Not unlike an Activity Polo or a kickTop, it's cut to contour your body without restricting movement. And in the same design mode as the Assos Airjack Element One cycling jacket, it functions best with a technical layer underneath - either an Activity Polo or even a Powerstatic cycling base layer. The 4-way stretch of the loungeTop exterior will freely move with your body. And since it's an actively breathable material, you'll feel comfortable in it across a wide range of temperatures. Assos DB Activity Polo Long Sleeve

Assos makes the Dopo Bici Activity Polo in a long sleeve version, as well. It's a similar piece to the short sleeve one -- it contours your body without restricting movement, it has the same stretchy soft-touch fabric, with the same active breathability. Unlike what you expect from long sleeve cycling jerseys, though, the material is no thicker or more insulating in any way. Rather, it simply has long sleeves with a very smartly designed and executed cuff.
